EMPLOYEE BIRD DOG BONUS PLAN

[Effective April 15, 2008]

We have decided to spice up our Bird Dog Program and challenge all the employees of TEAM ANCIRA to see how many cars they can sell as a group. In the last six (6) months the employees collectively have sold 147 vehicles in all stores combined and they each earned their $100.00 Bird Dog. HERE’S THE SPICEY BONUS:

For the next five (5) months through the date of September 15, 2008 employees who earn Bird Dogs will be eligible for the following BONUSES:

IF WE HIT THIS MARK: 150 UNITS OR THIS MARK: 175 UNITS – Here’s the BIGGER deal:

2 winners - $750.00 2 winners - $750.00

2 winners - $1,000,00 3 winners - $1,000.00

At Casino Night on September 20, 2008 your name will be put in the drawing one time for each Bird Dog you were paid through September 15, 2008. So, if you have five Bird Dogs, your name will go in the drawing five times and you will have five chances to win $500.00 - $5,000.00. You do NOT have to be present to win AND your name can be drawn more than once.
